Day 1 – 4WD Cape Tribulation Adventure
Explore the exceptional biodiversity, and ancient history of the UNESCO listed Cape Tribulation and Daintree National Park.
This tour operates with a GPS activated Audio Commentary system. Importantly, the system is completely portable and wireless and is GPS triggered.
Commentary delivered with both sound effects and music. You can bring along your headsets or on the other hand, purchase some on the day at an extra cost. For example, languages include Japanese, German, French, Italian, Chinese and Spanish.
Day 2 – Reef Experience
Reef Experience, above all, is Cairns’ only ALL inclusive Great Barrier Reef Cruise. With a FREE scuba dive! Two pristine Outer Great Barrier Reef locations are visited daily. Perfect for optimal diving and snorkelling.
A high-speed catamaran gets you to the Reef fast. As a result, this tour guarantees the most time at each beautiful Great Barrier Reef destination. In addition, have a great time and visit one of the natural wonders of the world.
Day 3 – Rainforest, Waterfalls & Paronella Park
Enjoy a full day out travelling through the magnificent World Heritage Wet Tropics Rainforest. Travel through Atherton Tablelands. Firstly, stopping in at Millaa Millaa Falls. By far the most popular of all the Atherton Tablelands Waterfalls.
Up next in the 3 Day Getaway, you’ll visit the Must Do tour, Paronella Park. Voted as the #1 must do’s in Queensland by RACQ. You will learn about the fascinating history of this iconic Queensland location. In addition, everything was built with determination by hand.
Tucked away in the rainforest beside Mena Creek Falls, you’ll discover the magical Paronella Park. Spread over 5 Hectares, Jose Paronella began construction of his labour of love in the early 1930s.
Itinerary
DAINTREE RAINFOREST
- 06:45 Hotel Pickups commence
- 09:50 Daintree River Cruise for 1 hour – glide through this ancient wildlife environment.
- Alexandra Lookout for a photo stop. Marvel at the spectacular view of Daintree River, Snapper Island in addition to the Coral Sea
- 12:15 Tropical BBQ Lunch in a private rainforest setting on Noah Creek
- Cape Tribulation for a walk on this world-renowned rainforest beach. This is where the rainforest meetings the reef.
- 15:15 The Mossman Gorge Centre is where you will visit the Gateway centre. Enjoy an Indigenous presentation by the local Kuku Yalanji people. You will then have the opportunity to walk in the rainforest along Mossman Gorge. Meanwhile, your guide will be sharing his knowledge.
- 18:30 Approximate return time to your hotel
REEF EXPERIENCE
- 07:30 – Firstly, Board Reef Experience vessel at the Marlin Jetty, Cairns
- 08:00 – Departure Marlin Jetty for the trip to the Outer Great Barrier Reef
- 08:30 – BBQ Bacon & Egg Rolls served on the way out to the Outer Reef a detailed dive & snorkelling briefing will be given
- 09:30 – Arrive at our first spectacular reef site, snorkel & dive with thousands of vivid tropical fish, giant clams plus more
- 12:30 – Lunch
- 13:00 – Cruise to our second location. Most importantly, explore forests of coral, large sea fans & black coral trees in its shallow lagoons
- 15:00 – Depart the Great Barrier Reef
- 15:30 – Glass of wine, tropical fruits, cheese & biscuits
- 16:30 – Arrive back in Cairns
ATHERTON TABLELANDS
- Firstly, the pickup is between 7.15 am – 7.45 am. We arrive back to Cairns City between 6:00 am – 6:30 pm.
- Travel the Gillies Highway climbing 730 metres above sea level.
- Beautiful Lake Barrine Crater Lake National Park. Most importantly, enjoy delicious freshly baked scones with jam & cream accompanied by locally grown & freshly brewed Tea and coffee (unlimited cup refills).
- Travel through great beef, dairy, sugar cane & other diverse types of farming areas & small villages.
- The Curtain Fig Tree is certainly a fantastic feat of nature reaching 45+ metres up into the tropical rainforest canopy.
- Millaa Millaa Falls – shower under the waterfall and swim.
- Descend from the Tablelands down the Palmerston Highway through sugar cane & banana fields to the coastal town of Innisfail. On arrival, we begin our delicious Lunch at Roscoe’s all you can eat Hot Buffet.
- Paronella Park is the next destination. Enjoy a 45 minute guided tour of the extensive National Trust Gardens.
- We spend approximately one and a half to two hours here. However, if passengers require more time, please feel free to approach your driver to arrange for this.
- A quick stop at a local banana farm where you can purchase cheap bananas, papaya & homegrown, homemade chocolate. We continue northbound to the small town of Babinda.
- Babinda Boulders in the Wooroonooran National Park. Aboriginal myth. Learn the legend of Oolana.
- Walk to the bottom of the Boulders. Swim in the fresh mountain water. The perfect ending to your 3 Day Getaway!
- In conclusion, from there it is approx. A 50-60 minute drive back to the city of Cairns & return to your accommodation.

Important Information for Scuba Diving
Safety comes first
We have a passion for showing you Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, therefore, please make sure you understand the scuba diving laws.
Queensland, Australia has some of the strictest scuba diving rules in the world but certainly the safest scuba diving record.
The Queensland Government Code of Practice regulates us and we comply with all rules, including medical as is the law.
Consequently, to avoid disappointment on your day of travel, we therefore strongly recommend that all of our passengers complete our dive medical questionnaire.
Some medical conditions, age and medications may prevent you from scuba diving.
Above all, it is always our mission to provide our passengers with the very best Great Barrier Reef experience.

Flying after Scuba Diving
For a single no-decompression scuba dive, so you should not fly or go to altitude for at least 18 hours after a scuba dive.
If you complete multiple dives, you should not fly for 24 hours after your last dive. For example, if Skydiving or Hot Air Ballooning you must wait 24 hours after your dive. In addition, we recommend waiting a minimum of 24 hours whenever possible
